New Favorite for Spring/Summer {Mary Kay Creme Lipstick Review for Hibiscus}

So I've got a new favorite for summer. I've always like OPI's Pompeii Purple (it's like an iridescent raspberry) nail polish and now I have the perfect lipstick to match, hurray! Is it totally lame to match your lipstick and nail polish? I've been doing it for the past week and have great plans to do it more often, so I don't really care.

Even though it's super bright I kind of love it, a lot. Not too frost, not too sheer, just right. I think it's going to by far be my new favorite...it looks super awesome on me and I'm pretty sure any skin tone, plus it stays on all day and doesn't bleed, which is a super win for me (I took these pictures after I had already been wearing it for 3 hours). I like to wear bright lipsticks and HATE when you get that like, halo of fuzzy color around your lips by the end of the day. I used MK clear liner for the first time today to give it a test drive. I think it worked pretty well, but the real test will be when I use it with a super red lipstick.

Oh, and did you know that berry colors make teeth look more white? Trufax.

As a bonus, it makes your teeth look super white.

Yeah there's really no good way to take a self portrait of your face and nail polish in the same shot when you don't have your tripod around. Oh wells, I think this awkward pose demonstrates my point. The next task is avoiding shiny face photo syndrome.
