I've never used Color Club before but so far I'm pretty impressed. Although my mani didn't hold up to this weekends adventures in Vermont, which included spending 5 hours at an indoor waterpark, I love how the polish goes on. Great coverage, very little streaking, and 2 coats max ought to do it.
This weekend we rented a ski chalet up at Jay Peak, some 4.5 hours north of where we live in New York. Although Tony and I both know how to ski (at least theoretically), we decided we were not dedicated or enthusiastic enough to go flying down a mountain in -10 degree weather. Instead we ate a lot, drank a fair amount, and lounged around a heated waterpark drinking margaritas while it flurried outside. It was quite lovely and free of any wind and frostbite.
Vermont is essentially a more rural Upstate New York. In fact, I wish they would annex Upstate New York, it makes a lot more sense than New York and New York City being regulated by the same laws. There could not be two more different cultures. We decided we liked Vermont enough that Tony's going to apply for a job out there. We'll see where that goes (if anywhere). I mean, we are practically Vermonters already - we have a Subaru, a bunch of guns, and are use to living in the freezing cold. All we really need to complete the picture is a tractor and a dog!
Also, find me on instagram!

DeleteHome sweet home! Almost. My hometown is actually about 50 miles south of Jay Peak. I say yes to this annexing upstate New York thing. I think you would make a good Vermonter. :)
ReplyDeleteOo where are you from? Tony is applying (or is supposed to apply) to a position in Burlington :)
